Antique Large Gold Tone Shell Cameo Brooch with Greek/Roman Goddess - Victorian Era

A striking antique shell cameo brooch depicting a finely carved Greek or Roman goddess in profile. The carving shows beautiful detail in the hair and drapery, set in a delicate gold-tone frame with ball accents. The brooch features an old-style C Clasp pin fitting and measures 5.6cm by 4.2cm.

Please note: The wire frame soldering has come undone at the bottom right and left corners, but this does not affect normal use.
