Antique Victorian Silver Horn Brooch with Hanging Shield Panel and Foxtail Chains - Clip to the rear

Antique Victorian to Edwardian silver hanging brooch with a chased horn-shaped pin section and a shield-shaped medal style panel suspended below on two foxtail chains. The reverse has a pin fastening and two sturdy clips on the back of the hanging panel, though their original function is unclear.
