Vintage Virgin Mary Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant: Gold Tone Religious Motif

An oval shell cameo depicting the Virgin Mary in profile, delicately carved with fine facial features and draped robes. The background features a radiating halo, while a small flower is carved beside her shoulder. The piece is mounted in a non-precious metal frame with simple claw settings and textured accents along the edge.

This brooch also has a small loop at the top, allowing it to be worn as a pendant. The reverse shows a secure pin and clasp mechanism. There is a visible solder spot on the edge where the prongs have been set. Some surface wear is present, consistent with age.

Measures approximately 4cm by 3cm.
